Dutch still life – apples
Here, we have used an old Dutch still life oil painting to handpaint onto tiles. The dramatic black background makes a wonderful foil for the glowing colours of the fruit - a really eye-catching centrepiece for kitchen tiles. This size (15 tiles), painted onto our standard 5" tile, would measure a total of 25" by 15".
